The first time we made a photo shoot in this location I was not present, since I was…busy…to give birth to our daughter Sonia…but Maurizio was extremely impressed by Colleoli farmhouse.
A very pleasant location in Palaia, in the heart of Tuscany, surrounded by the green hills of Pisa.
The farmhouse is placed slightly above, as to enjoy a beautiful landscape, dotted with vineyards and typical olive trees in Tuscany.
Maria and Giacomo, our newlyweds, have chosen to set their cocktail outside, taking advantage of the wide green area and the central swimming pool, with tables under white gazebos beside large luminous white spheres, to lit up the evening.
The colors: white, lilac and green
The main color was white, with touches of lilac, green and avana brown; even the smallest detail has been thought along with these shades: from the tables during the cocktail hour to those for the dinner, from centerpieces to placeholders and menus and all the other details placed in the main reception room.
The large green field in front of Colleoli farmhouse, gave us many opportunities to photograph the bride and groom, being able to even take their portraits at sunset in the rustic side of the farmhouse, where we found animals in large spaces and hay bales in the background.

If Colleoli farmhouse hits on one side for the beauty of the place and the attention to any detail, on the other one, their kitchen will be definitely something you will not forget!
Cocktail hour was extremely rich, with typical dishes of the Tuscan cuisine such as tomato soup, chicken liver toasts, cold cuts, honey and cheese, along with a finger food triumph and tasty fries.
Even the flow of the dinner was consistent with the flavors of Tuscany, with rich dishes and great quality: how to forget pasta with wild boar sauce or their roasted ham ? … A true goodness!
