WHAT IS YOUR PHOTOGRAPHIC STYLE?
We try to tell your wedding in a spontaneous and natural way, with a journalistic approach. Your wedding will never be transformed into a photographic set: you, your families and your friends will always be at the center of everything, not us photographers. We will work with a discreet approach, almost invisibles, like two little ninjas 🙂

DO YOU WORK ONLY IN TUSCANY?
No, we can move to any location in Italy and abroad. Travel costs (fuel, motorways, hotels) will be addressed inside every custom quote we craft for each couple. There are no additional costs for services within 30km from our headquarters in Florence.

WHAT I NEED TO DO TO HIRE YOU FOR MY WEDDING?
The fastest method is to contact us using the phone number from the contact section of our website, or even by mail using [email protected] In this way we will be able to schedule a phone/video call, to collect your needs and present our services. If you choose to work with us, we will sign an agreement that clearly describes all the details of our service.

HOW LONG BEFORE MY WEDDING I NEED TO CONTACT YOU?
Every year there are particularly requested dates, especially in the summer, especially on Saturday or holidays. In these dates our schedule is booked even a year in advance. If you plan to celebrate your wedding during a business day or during winter, you can probably wait.

DO YOU SHOOT ENGAGEMENTS?
Yes, in any destination you request.

ON MY WEDDING DAY, DO YOU WILL BE THERE OR ONE OF YOUR COLLABORATORS?
We accept a limited number of services each year to guarantee you the highest possible quality. If you choose us, your date will be exclusively reserved on our schedule. This is why it is important to contact us as soon as possible.

DO YOU HAVE SPECIAL NEEDS ON THE WEDDING DAY?
Usually not. We will take pictures of what will happen in front of us and of what will catch our attention. You can ask us to photograph you with friends or relatives at any time, we will be happy to help you, but you will have to ask for it. It is not possible to guarantee the presence of all the guests in the images that we will deliver, so if you absolutely want the photo with your grandmother, with a distant uncle or a friend, you have to ask.

DO YOU NEED A TABLE DURING OUR RECEPTION/LUNCH/DINNER?
After a day of work, we will have to eat something to be able to continue to assist you even during the reception. You can also choose a reduced menu for us. If this is not possible, we will have to go away for a couple of hours, to eat and regain our strength, but we will risk losing important moments during your lunch / dinner.

DO YOU ALSO OFFER THE VIDEO SERVICE?
Yes, we offer the video service, through professionals who have worked with us for years. Our video operators will move in sync with us, allowing us to work better, without interfering with each other. Obviously you are free to select other video operators of your choice, but you will need to keep us in touch with them, to agree on the way we will shoot, to let things run smoothly for everyone.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKES BEFORE WE WILL RECEIVE OUR PROOFS?
Usually we can deliver proofs in about 2/3 months, even during high season. For a typical 10 hours long service, we usually deliver up to a maximum of 600 developed images, which will be delivered as high resolution jpg files. If you choose to print one of our albums, we will schedule an album layout preview video call, to present its draft and choose the materials (cover, paper).

HOW MUCH IT COST ONE OF YOUR PHOTO SERVICE?
Although this is the question of the questions … the one that is given to us more frequently than ever … it is the only one that does not have an immediate answer! The cost of our services is related to your needs, on how many hours you believe our presence will be requested, if you want to print albums or enlargements. We craft custom tailored quotes for each couple and for this reason you need a meeting or a video presentation call with us as soon as possible, to collect all your ideas and provide what we can do for you.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR EVENTS DURING LOW SEASON OR DURING BUSINESS DAYS?
Absolutely yes. In order to have a well filled schedule throughout the year, we will be more than glad to provide special discounts if you are planning a wedding on a business day or during winter.

DO YOUR IMAGES PRESENT A WATERMARK/LOGO?
The low resolution proofs will present our logo. Once the production will be completed and once we will receive your balance payment, we will deliver high resolution jpg files without any logo or watermark.

CAN WE HAVE THE RAW FILES?
Raw files are not available for sale or for viewing. It would be like asking for the leftovers of your dinner at the catering service! Be sure that the high resolution jpg files that we will give you, will be the best possible ones. What we will not give you, will be only rejects, those in which you will not have a good expression, those in which you will have your eyes closed.
